How it’s made
Discarded glass bottles collected from commercial establishments are compiled at our facility. Non-glass particles, like metal and plastic caps, get separated and then processed in our glass crushing machine. Various glass variations ranging from 0.5 - 1.5 millimeters get sifted and prepared for ready-to-mix cement. This mix is optimally prepared for robust hollow blocks, paver blocks, tiles, and alternative aggregate that complies with ASTM, AASHTO and DPWH specifications that measure the fluxural integrity, compressive strength, and overall quality of our sustainable materials.
